The mechatronic unit is remanufactured with the newest updates available at the time and only with 100 % original OEM parts. All mechatronics are Shift pressure tested and all electrical shift currents are measured and adjusted by the computerized simulation system (HIL-system) Test values are evaluated and corresponding algorithms are written to control module's permanent memory. The control module is calibrated with the individual pressure actuators for this mechatronic unit. Therefore we only supply Mechatronics included the TCU tested und calibrated specifically for your vehicle. !

The Range Rover ZF mechatronics' are notorious for several complaints as 2-1 downshift bump or 4-5 shift flare harsh upshift, harsh downshift and TTC clutch failure with overheating. Our remanufacturer process is specially concentrated of this common complains.
