Europeantransmissions Dyno Tested Transmissions |
| Dynamometer Tested After
assembly, every transmission is dynamometer tested under live engine power with
recorded inspections to shift patterns and shift pressure on the same criteria
and against the same standards as our new transmissions. A stall test, fluid
leak test, lock-up test and park test are performed. Tests are made at varying
speed's and at full and closed throttle positions. Why take a chance on a
transmission that was assembled to questionable standards with
questionable components ? europeantransmissions remanufactured transmissions--quality that's "automatic'. |

Dyno Testing is a procedure that tests a transmission to insure that it is in perfect working order after it has been remanufactured. The final step in our remanufacturing process is Dyno testing your transmission on one of the most advanced testing machines in the market today, our Dyno allows us to run the transmission at full operating temperature through all of its shift cycles. The transmission is checked for proper cooler line pressure and all available pressures are recorded for the history file of your transmission. Like other transmission testers that are on the market today, our Dyno simulates actual load conditions on the transmission, as if it were in the vehicle. We know your remanufactured transmission will arm just like it was in the vehicle
